 By way of introduction, RainMaker Creations, LLC is a full-service contractor holding an Arizona KB-2 General Dual Residential and Small Commercial license number ROC 346737. Rainmaker is entirely owned by Enrique P Childs, who is an enrolled member of the Tohono O'odham Nation. For 15 years Mr. Childs was the Executive General Manager responsible for all gaming properties owned and operated by the Tohono O'odham Nation under the name of Desert Diamond Casinos. His experience in the gaming industry covers the last 25 years including a complete track record in all strategies, goals and objectives, budgets, and resource planning. Mr. Childs has been responsible for the ground-up development of new major casino and hospitality operations. He is thoroughly familiar with all things necessary for a successful operation, both large and small. Mr. Childs holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Childs' management skills transfer easily to the construction industry and he completely understands the needs of all service industries. Customer satisfaction is always paramount.

RainMakers goal is to execute projects of all sizes, with precision to the full satisfaction of the client. We have enlisted a talented support team with experience in estimating, supervising, qualified tradesmen, quality control, and safety. RainMaker can and will manage work through both self-performing; and, issuing appropriate subcontracts to qualified and knowledgeable entities. In this capacity, RainMaker is offering services including, but not limited to the following areas:

--New Builds and Tenant Improvements

--Construction clean-up

--Installation of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment

--Framing (Metal or Wood Studs)

--Drywall Installation and repair

--Paint and other wall finishes

--Insulation

--Concrete construction including slab work

--All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing may be required through qualified subcontracting entities.
